Arroyo Premium

6 consecutive monthly periods · $3,499.00/month + $5,000.00 setup. Initial: $8,499.00. Base commitment: $25,994.00. USD, before tax and approved add-ons.

• One onboarding session and up to one hour of support monthly
• Monthly content planning, caption writing, managed scheduling and publishing of included work, and reporting
• Uses client-supplied or existing media
• Posts adapted across Facebook and Instagram count as one post
• Up to 20 social posts monthly
• Two 45-minute strategy calls monthly
• Priority support; no response-time guarantee
• Setup and ongoing management of up to three active advertising campaigns across a maximum of two platforms
• Two revision rounds per monthly content batch
• One local two-hour photo/video session per quarter, delivering up to four edited vertical videos and 15 edited photos

Commitment, billing and service terms

The commitment starts on the separately agreed service start date, not signing or payment. Setup and month one must be paid before onboarding or service starts.

Remaining installments are due on monthly anniversaries of the service start date, using the last day of the month when necessary. Setup is charged exactly once.

This is a fixed commitment. Convenience cancellation does not release remaining scheduled base fees unless both parties agree in writing. No extra termination penalty or automatic acceleration applies.

The agreement expires after its fixed term. No month-to-month renewal or further fixed term begins without a signed renewal or extension.

Cancellation requests, automatic-payment authorization, service access and contractual obligations are separate. Withdrawing payment authorization does not itself waive fees; collection must comply with that authorization and applicable requirements.

30% off listed Schedule A service fees for separately approved orders accepted during the active term; no automatic stacking. Package/setup fees, tax, advertising spend, travel reimbursements and third-party pass-through costs are excluded.

An accepted discounted order keeps its agreed price for its approved scope, including written scheduling after term end. New orders and unapproved future recurring periods do not inherit an expired discount.

Monthly fees are nonrefundable after the service period begins. Setup is refundable before onboarding work starts. Mandatory remedies and written resolutions for undelivered services remain available.

Partial refunds require administrator review. Pending a specific approved policy, prior access is preserved unless an independent approved access rule applies.

Advertising spend is paid separately. Clients approve content and campaign budgets before launch. Payment authorizes neither advertising spend, campaign activation, vendor funding nor social publishing.

Unused monthly services do not roll over; higher-tier limits replace lower-tier limits. Marketing results are not guaranteed. Separate quotes apply to excluded work.

All amounts are USD before applicable tax and approved add-ons.

Partial refunds require administrator review. No blanket partial-refund suspension applies; affected lines/services and the written resolution are reviewed separately.

Premium service quarters begin from the agreed service start. One production session becomes eligible after each three consecutive completed paid periods, up to two in six months. Booking, fulfillment and refunds are tracked separately. An earned second session may be scheduled after term end by written agreement without another subscription payment solely to receive it.

No trial, additional early-termination penalty, automatic acceleration, annual commitment or automatic renewal is authorized. Plan changes/re-enrollment and any further setup fee require administrator review and written scope.

Schedule A — Add-on services

30% discount applies to listed service fees only during the active term for separately approved scope/orders. Four discounted 15-minute out-of-scope increments total $87.50. Website Refresh remains quote-based, starting at $937.50 standard / $656.25 discounted. Editing Only is $125/hour; no 15-minute rounding policy is implied. Scope/estimate approval is required before work, and exceeding the estimate requires further approval.
